Liz Clark has extensive experience in water resources and land development. She currently serves as the Stormwater Coordinator for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, where she oversees stormwater management across the state. Her role includes regulatory updates and collaboration with municipalities, non-profits, regional planning agencies, stormwater coalitions, and federal agencies to provide technical and regulatory support. Previously, she led the civil engineering department at Beals + Thomas, focusing on staff training and managing major urban redevelopment projects. Liz also chaired the BSCES Sustainability Committee before joining the BSCES Board of Government.
