Scott has over 28 years of experience in geotechnical; geo-environmental engineering; and tunnel engineering, including subsurface investigations for a variety of projects, assessment of tunneling induced ground movement and its effects on structures; geotechnical instrumentation; foundation design; placement monitoring of construction fill; and construction oversight and quality assurance. He has also worked as a resident project representative on many landfill construction projects. Scott has designed, procured, and implemented investigations for a variety of projects, including soft ground and rock tunnels, installation of pipelines utilizing trenchless methods, environmental investigations on superfund sites and instrumentation programs as part of Boston’s Central Artery Project. He has worked throughout the Northeast, Midwest, and in California and is licensed in 18 states.
