The Constitution and Bylaws committee's mission is to interpret the Constitution and Bylaws, recommend changes or modifications to the documents, draft amendments and oversee the balloting on proposed amendments.
The committee consists of a chairperson and one or two members.
Meetings are held as required to perform this committee's functions. The committee is activated approximately once every five years, or as needed, to review the current Constitution and Bylaws.
The committee reports to the Board of Government on all matters relating to interpretation or proposed amendments. Proposed amendments are acted upon in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws.
