Since 2001, BSCES Legislative Fellows have provided technical engineering resources to the Massachusetts Legislature (Massachusetts House of Representatives and State Senate). The Massachusetts Legislature proposes and considers legislation that leads to significant public infrastructure investments. The goal is to provide legislators and their staffs with technical expertise as they develop programs to improve the Commonwealth's infrastructure and enhance the quality of life for all Massachusetts residents.
The committee consists of a chairperson and the previous Legislative Fellows.
Meetings are held as needed at the discretion of the chair.
The committee recruits and selects the Legislative Fellow.
