Anuja Kamat is the Associate Dean for the School of Engineering at the Wentworth Institute of Technology (WIT) since September 2022 and has been an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at WIT since 2016. Anuja has earned her Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from University of Mumbai, University of Illinois- UC, and University of Arizona, Tucson
Prior to serving in her current role, she was a faculty of Civil Engineering at WIT, Pennsylvania State University, Erie, South Dakota State University, Brookings, and University of Mumbai. She has also worked with a structural engineering firm for several years in Mumbai. Anuja is currently serving as the Chair of American Society of Engineering Education, Northeast section and has served as the secretary of BSCES for one year.
