This webinar will provide an overview of the latest technology, policy, and key planning and design considerations for the transportation infrastructure needed for self-driving cars, including case studies of the impacts of connected and automated vehicle technology (C/AV) on transportation planning, ITS and operations.
Marty Milkovits has more than 15 years of experience with expertise in estimating, implementing, validating, calibrating travel demand models, and has been involved in the early efforts to represent Connected/Autonomous Vehicles in regional models through the California High-Speed Rail project.
Dan Krechmer has over 40 years of experience in transportation planning, and has specialized in Intelligent Transportation Systems for the past 23. His focus is on ITS planning and operations for State, regional and local agencies including recent experience in connected/automated vehicle technology.
