Come see the first Boston air rights project in over 30 years! This unique project has maintained construction over the actively running I-90 highway and commuter rail tracks since August of 2020. Featuring storefront retail, a hotel, and world-class office space, Parcel 12 will knit together the Back Bay and Fenway neighborhoods, connect the South End and the city of Cambridge, and vastly improve the street-level experience along Massachusetts Avenue between Boylston and Newbury Streets. All attendees are required to sign a BSCES Construction Site Tour liability waiver in advance. There are only 20 openings for this tour, sign up now!

All attendees are required to sign a waiver onsite. Basic PPE is required (hard hat, hi-vis construction vest, boots). Hard hats and vests will be provided for those that do not have them.

To register online for an event at the BSCES member rate you must login using your BSCES assigned username and password. To do so, download and complete a BSCES Event Registration Form and follow the submission instructions. Cancellations received after October 28, 2022 and no-shows will be billed.
