Help ensure there is a future generation of civil engineers! Under the leadership of the Public Awareness & Outreach Committee, BSCES members work to ensure there is a future generation of civil engineers by conducting numerous programs and activities that encourage middle and high school students to learn about the field and become engineers. From volunteering to help run BSCES’ annual Future City Competition, Model Bridge Contest, or Online Bridge Contests; to participating in local school career days, or conducting a Boston bridge tour, there are a variety of opportunities for you to volunteer and help shape the future of your profession.
