Members of the BSCES Board of Government are pleased to announce the results of the 2024-2025 BSCES Board of Government elections which concluded on May 17, 2024. Members of the 2024-2025 Board will take their oath of office during a June 18 Board meeting and will officially assume oversight of BSCES with the beginning of the 2025 BSCES fiscal year on July 1, 2024. The incoming Board members, along with members of the 2023-2024 Board, will be recognized during the 175th BSCES Annual Awards Dinner, scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at The Royal Sonesta Boston, Cambridge, MA. During the dinner, the BSCES president will present annual awards, celebrate ASCE Life Members, and introduce our newest Honorary Members, Dr. Luciana Burdi, Intl. Assoc. AIA, CCM, MCPPO, NAC, Director of Capital Programs and Environmental Affairs, Massachusetts Port Authority, and William H. Hover, PE, retired from GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. This dinner will feature keynote speaker Frederick P. Salvucci, former Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation, who will discuss Infrastructure Investment: Social and Political Leadership and the Critical Role of Engineers.
