Two ASCE member volunteers are nominees for ASCE 2026 president-elect and 2027 president. Carol Ellinger Haddock, former longtime director of Houston Public Works, and Kenneth H. Rosenfield, senior project manager with Ardurra Group Inc. and former longtime Laguna Hills, California director of public works, have been approved by the ASCE Board of Direction Nominating Committee to appear on the ballot before Society members in the 2025 annual election opening May 1.
Haddock served as a technical region director on the ASCE board from 2016 to 2019 and is a past director of the Houston Branch and Texas Section and has been highly active in the Environmental & Water Resources Institute. She now serves on the ASCE Committee on America’s Infrastructure. Rosenfield served as director of Region 9 from 2020 to 2023 and chaired the Society-level Public Policy and Practice Committee in 2019.
