Nearing its tenth year of broadcast, Civil Engineering Today presents conversational discussions in a round-table format. With Ana Cristina Fragoso and Reed Brockman hosting, the show is broadcast live, and takes call-ins, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 4pm on BNN-TV 9, a Boston-only Comcast channel. For those without access to BNN-TV 9, we have created a limited number of DVD’s including collections of episodes. Many episodes are available on YouTube as well.
Over the years this thirty-minute talk show has featured a diverse array of civil engineering related personalities and topics, including Neil Swidey, best-selling author of Trapped Under the Sea and Boston Globe Magazine writer; Paul Tyrrell of the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors; many local legislature members, engineers, student winners of STEM competitions, and more.
