The Francis M. Keville Memorial Fund was established from donations in recognition of Mr. Keville’s efforts and abilities to take his vision of large public transportation projects and make them a reality. The fund provides a forum to discuss important aspects of transportation and construction related matters through an annual function and is devoted to the encouragement of individual or groups in the following ways:
This merit-based scholarship is for the academic year beginning in the fall of 2024 and has a total value of $10,000. This award may be used for tuition, books, housing, or other needs.
